Next time someone comments on your stress

... Resist the urge to smack them and forward them this link to Let Me Google That for You.

Stress has become such a loaded word, and in the case of infertility and miscarriage, it's a way to blame the woman. Don't take it! You don't deserve it.

lots of love,
Ed

  2. Amen to that.

Why do people feel the need to instantly lay blame or placate anyway... I'll never understand that.

  3. Thanks for that! If I had a nickel for each time someone told me to just not think about it, I'd be a millionaire. It feels good to know I really am doing all I can...

  6. The stupid comments never end. We just told my in laws that we're pregnant again (12 wks in 2 days). My father-in-law actually said "be careful- remember what happened before. Like I could ever forget or prevent my miscarriage.

  13. I really hate it when people say "Why do you even want to have children? Why can't you be happy as two?" or "Don't stress yourself over it". "If you don't pick yourself up, you might end up having a divorce" Wow i think i can blog a post on all these irritating shit I have been hearing. I know I know - their intentions are good.

  15. Finding this blog a week ago after I suffered my miscarriage was all the motivation I needed to start my own blog about my experience. You've validated all the feelings of "Ugh WHY" and "Seriously stfu and stop being a thing in the world" I've had so far, and what I'll undoubtedly have in the future.
    Thank you <3
